Enjoy this follow-along basic body scan.


This is the foundation to all mind-body connection practice as it helps you shift your focus from what is happening on the outside of you to what is happening on the inside of you. It will help you become more aware, more present, and more available for the pleasant emotional states you want to see in your life.


This practice includes

  • Awareness and relaxation of the muscles
